Return Period

We offer a hassle free 30-day return and exchange window starting from the date of the delivery.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your jacket must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exempt Items

Custom-made jackets are exempt from returns as they are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Proof of Purchase

To process your return or exchange, please provide the order number and the email address used during the purchase.

Return Process

Before returning an item, please contact us at cs@deltaoutfits.com. We will provide you with the designated return address.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund.

After 24 hours, a partial deduction (up to 35%) may apply depending on order processing status. Cancellations after 7 days are reviewed case-by-case and may incur up to 50% deduction, especially for made-to-order items.

If you refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery without prior notice or a cancellation request, you will not be eligible for a refund

Shipping Costs

Hassle free returns of the purchased items. Incase of a return, we will provide you with a free return's label to ship the item back to us. However, please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at cs@deltaoutfits.com.
